When placing an order, you will be led to a secure padlocked page hosted by Romancart.

Once your order is confirmed, a Paypal invoice or Leela Press invoice with bank details will be sent to you, depending on the payment option you selected at checkout.

Crafting on the order begins once payment is received.

DELIVERY

Delivery is calculated at checkout. Orders are delivered using Royal Mail. If you have not yet received your order 7 working days after posting if a mainland UK customer or 18 working days if an overseas customer, please get in touch.

PRIVACY & SECURITY

Leela Press' shopping cart is hosted by Romancart which is verified by Veriseal and bears the Verisign EV SGC Secure Certificate. The details you submit on there are treated securely and encrypted with min 128bit SSL EV encryption.

Any information you supply via Leela Press' email is always treated confidentially and respectfully. Cookies are only used for the shopping cart to function and are not stored on your computer nor used for storage of any personal information.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

If you made a mistake with your order and crafting has not yet started, simply get in touch to cancel or alter your order.

Since Leela Press' items are handcrafted to order they are considered custom-made and in accordance with Distance Selling Regulations are not able to be cancelled or returned unless of course there is a fault or a mistake made by Leela with your order. Stating that however, if you are not happy with your order, please get in touch.

CUSTOMS

No liability can be held for any local import duties and taxes that may be placed upon the shipment of an overseas order.

MEASUREMENTS & COLOUR

Measurements are rounded up to the nearest millimetre and so may vary slightly from size quoted. Also colours on this site will be affected by the settings of the monitor on which they are viewed and can therefore only be an approximation of actual shades.
